We realize the necessity of some of our customers to have open credit terms and are willing to extend Net 30 day terms to them. Notice of Defect or Damage

Buyer must inspect goods promptly upon receipt of goods . Claims for shortages, damage, defects or other reasons of unsuitability must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All claims not made, in writing to the Seller within the specified time period shall be deemed waived. Seller will not pay any claim for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No material shall be returned without the written consent of the Seller .

Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless approved by our sales department. A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged for returned goods. Please contact us before ordering for further information.

Chain that has been cut to length and chain slings cannot be returned.
